What's the best way to schedule my party?
The easiest way to schedule your party is right online! You can check real time availability and make your reservation here: https://bcnj.ourers.com/category/party_packages/
You can also call or stop in during our open bounce times to schedule with us.
Do you require a deposit? Is it refundable?
Were require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. However, you may change the date and time of the party. If you must cancel your party, upon request your deposit can be transferred to a gift card to be used for open play at our facility
What if my child gets sick, bad weather, or another conflict comes up?
No problem! We know that things come up (especially with kids!). If you book your party and find a scheduling conflict you can change the date/time at no cost. If bad weather is predicted, we'll be in touch to determine if the party is a go or to reschedule, the decision is mostly yours, as long as our power is on, parking lot is clear, and staff can make it in. If your child gets sick suddenly before the party, let us know so we can reschedule. Emails and voicemails are checked outside of business hours, so just send us a message as soon as you can.
How far in advance do I need to schedule my party?
As soon as possible is always best, but it's never too late! It really depends on if you want a specific day and time. Private party slots fill up quickest, since times are limited. Especially during winter months weekends may fill up months in advance. Last minute parties may be accommodated if we have an open time slot.
Can I add extra time to my party?
Only certain time slots can be extended to add extra play or party room time. Please ask us for details.
What is provided for a party?
We try to make it as easy for you as possible! We provide tablecloths, paper products, and utensils, as well as pizza, apple juice, and water. You also have a dedicated host to keep an eye on your guests and help serve the food! All you need to bring is the cake or cupcakes, candles, and goodie bags! You can add on more pizza for your party, see our catering menu for options.
What about food for the parents? Can I order more pizza or bring in my own food?
Our party packages include pizza for the children. You can add on more pizza for the adults, see our catering menu for options.
You are allowed to bring in cake/cupcakes, beverages, fruit/veggie tray, and chips/pretzels. No other outside food is allowed without prior approval, fee up to $50 may applied for approved outside food. No alcohol allowed.
How early can I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. Your host will set up the party room for you. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party, you may have to wait to enter or be charged an early arrival fee.
What do my guests need?
All guests will need a signed waiver and socks to enter the play area. Parents can sign the waiver in advance here or when they arrive for the party. Anyone (even adult spectators) going out on the play floor need socks! Socks are for sale if anyone forgets to bring them.
